Back again... You know those people that you haven't talked with in ages. And I mean ages. Gazillions of years, they're lost away, into the busyness of their own lives. All but forgotten. There was a time ago, oh so long ago, when you guys used to be super close, talking on the phone late at nights, hanging out together and chilling, and just basking in each other's company and friendship. But as paths part ways, you gradually lose touch, and over time, they are all but forgotten. Then, without warning, a simple note. Just a quick hello. A quick catch-up conversation, to summarize your two years in ten minutes or less. It's funny how little things make me happy. posted by jamescl | 10:32 PM
