Happy Valentines Day... Well, it was much tougher than I intially thought. The past three days have been physically and emotionally draining and I'm all tired out. Life throws you many curveballs in the game of life, and these past couple days were no exception. But I thank God for the great friends that He's blessed me with, especially during this super-pressured time: Carns and Joe for praying for and encouraging me, Ray, Font, Gar for your hospitality and kindness, and all others who encouraged, called, or left a message (Shar, Bern, Sue, and all you others.) You guys are great, and I really appreciate it 'cause this week was brutal. It wasn't just the work, but plus the retreat planning, all these bad bad things happening, especially to my friends: it all combined for a not-very-fun week. Anyways, that's all over and done with, and with that: it's reading week!!!! I'm off to retreat in about an hour, so I doubt any of you can reach me. But if you're in Toronto for reading week, give me a ring and let me know. Oh, and happy valentines day to y'all. I believe this is my first valentines without a valentine. =) Oh well.
