Guess Who's Back?... ...back again? I'm surprised people actually still come to this blog - a thousand apologies for being such an uninspired and unmotivated blogger this past month; hope you UNderstand (har har, pun intended). 'Tis not to say that the past month (quite literally) has been uneventful - it actually has been a flurry (no pun intended) of activity. Most notably, winter retreat was good times in finding good physical and spiritual renewal and rest. It's also been uber good times meeting up with the guys on a regular basis and going through the books of Titus and James with them. And more recently, it's been a blessing hanging out with new study buddies. Nothing makes you bond like hanging out semi-delirious at 4am the night before an exam at the library. I was sick the week before last, which inevitably led to the demise of my voice, rendering me literally quite speachless. In the end, I ended up over a week voiceless, learning throughout the joys of listening and whispering, as a welcome change to my loud talkative self. Thanks to those who kept me well-stocked with an endless supply of neocitrin, buckley's, advil, tylenol cold, chinese herbal medicine, tea, lemons, boxes of tissues and so much more. The fevers, killer throats and constant coughing and sniffling would have been unendurable without you guys. And special thanks to those who put up with my persistant and incessant blowing of boogers - I don't know how you endured it. So reading week has been good. Spending every day at home, which is definitely a change from my past return-trips, and only going out in the evenings to see friends. Definitely not as packed as in the past, but 'tis also been a great time of seeing old friends, having great laughs, filling dinners, home cooked meals, and meaningful conversations. Life is great. Anyways, I think I've fulfilled my obligatory blog, after my brief one-month hiatus. I promise to blog on a more consistant and regular basis, so check back soon.
